光伏組件的背面(mian)串接
背(bei)面焊接是(shi)將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)串接在一(yi)(yi)起形(xing)成一(yi)(yi)個組(zu)件(jian)串,我們目前(qian)采用的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)藝是(shi)手動的(de)(de)(de)(de),電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)定位(wei)主(zhu)要靠一(yi)(yi)個膜(mo)具板,上面有放置(zhi)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)片的(de)(de)(de)(de)凹槽,槽的(de)(de)(de)(de)大(da)小(xiao)(xiao)和(he)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)大(da)小(xiao)(xiao)相對應,槽的(de)(de)(de)(de)位(wei)置(zhi)已經(jing)設計好,不同(tong)規格的(de)(de)(de)(de)組(zu)件(jian)使(shi)用不同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)模板,操作者(zhe)使(shi)用電(dian)(dian)烙鐵和(he)焊錫(xi)絲將(jiang)"前(qian)面電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)"的(de)(de)(de)(de)正(zheng)面電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(負極(ji))焊接到(dao)"后面電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)"的(de)(de)(de)(de)背(bei)面電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(正(zheng)極(ji))上,這樣依次串接在一(yi)(yi)起并在組(zu)件(jian)串的(de)(de)(de)(de)正(zheng)負極(ji)焊接出(chu)引線(xian)。






為簡(jian)化計(ji)算在(zai)此可(ke)通過電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)表(biao)面(mian)太陽光輻(fu)(fu)照閾值(zhi)(光伏(fu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組(zu)件啟動發電(dian)(dian)時其表(biao)面(mian)所應(ying)接受到的(de)(de)輻(fu)(fu)射量(liang)限(xian)值(zhi),單晶硅和多晶硅電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)啟動發電(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)表(biao)面(mian)總輻(fu)(fu)射量(liang)≥80W/m、薄膜電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)表(biao)面(mian)總輻(fu)(fu)射量(liang)≥30W/m)進行(xing)判斷;b)光伏(fu)陣(zhen)列的(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)不能(neng)超(chao)過逆(ni)(ni)變器(qi)的(de)(de)額(e)定容量(liang)。根據設(she)計(ji)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組(zu)件分組(zu)陣(zhen)列的(de)(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和總功(gong)(gong)率(lv)選配相應(ying)工作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和功(gong)(gong)率(lv)的(de)(de)逆(ni)(ni)變器(qi),或根據逆(ni)(ni)變器(qi)的(de)(de)參數(shu)調整設(she)計(ji)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組(zu)件分組(zu)陣(zhen)列串并聯(lian)的(de)(de)方式以滿足相應(ying)的(de)(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和總功(gong)(gong)率(lv)。

光伏組件:
控制器
是(shi)能(neng)自動防(fang)止蓄電池(chi)過充(chong)(chong)電和過放(fang)電的(de)設備。由于蓄電池(chi)的(de)循環(huan)充(chong)(chong)放(fang)電次數及(ji)放(fang)電深度是(shi)決定蓄電池(chi)使用壽命的(de)重要因(yin)素,因(yin)此能(neng)控制蓄電池(chi)組過充(chong)(chong)電或過放(fang)電的(de)充(chong)(chong)放(fang)電控制器是(shi)必不可少的(de)設備。
逆變器
是將直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)轉(zhuan)換成交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)設備(bei)。由(you)于(yu)太陽(yang)能電(dian)(dian)(dian)池和(he)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池是直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,而(er)負載是交流(liu)(liu)負載時(shi),逆變器(qi)(qi)是必不可少的(de)。逆變器(qi)(qi)按運(yun)行(xing)方式(shi),可分為(wei)獨立(li)運(yun)行(xing)逆變器(qi)(qi)和(he)并網(wang)(wang)逆變器(qi)(qi)。獨立(li)運(yun)行(xing)逆變器(qi)(qi)用(yong)于(yu)獨立(li)運(yun)行(xing)的(de)太陽(yang)能電(dian)(dian)(dian)池發電(dian)(dian)(dian)系統(tong),為(wei)獨立(li)負載供電(dian)(dian)(dian)。并網(wang)(wang)逆變器(qi)(qi)用(yong)于(yu)并網(wang)(wang)運(yun)行(xing)的(de)太陽(yang)能電(dian)(dian)(dian)池發電(dian)(dian)(dian)系統(tong)。
